Oh Mylanta! Full House is really coming back.

February 26: The big day has finally arrived! The long-awaited sequel to “Full House” began streaming today on Netflix. Here’s what some of the critics are saying:

  • “Netflix played it smart in terms of this reboot. It didn’t fiddle with its most appealing factor – nostalgia” – Troy L. Smith (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
  • “It’s always nice to see old friends and family, even when they might be as cheesy as a bag of snack food” – Don Kaplan (New York Daily News)
  • “It represents a new low in the current culture’s inability to leave behind the blankies, binkies and wubbies of one’s youth” – Hank Stuever (Washington Post). We can assume Hank won’t be visiting this site.

February 17:Fuller Housejust found its new Michelle Tanner. Donald Trump!

The cast dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and had a heart-to-heart with Donald Trump (Jimmy Fallon), who took the place of Michelle Tanner. Check out the hilarious sketch:

January 31: It’s official. The highly anticipated “Fuller House“, the sequel series to the 1987–95 sitcom Full House, will be premiering exclusively on Netflix starting February 26th. Here’s the official teaser:

Netflix has revived the ’90s classic “Full House” with a 13-episode reunion series called “Fuller House“. It’s been over 20 years since the finale.

Furthermore, it appears that the show will feature nearly the entire old cast, with guest appearances from Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), and Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis) to name a few. Unfortunately, it sounds like Michelle (Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen) is out. Aw nuts!

Also according to Netflix, the plot is reversed.  The original series was about three men raising three girls. Fuller House is centered around D.J. Tanner and her three boys. D.J, now a widow, relies on the help from her sister Stephanie Tanner and life-long best friend Kimmy Gibbler to raise her children.
